Peace is Not a Feeling

Holocaust Survivor; Author of “The Hiding Place”

The Lord says, “Come to Me,” because He knows His power and provision will lead to the peace of hope and praise.

Dawn Wilson, from What is the Meaning of El Shaddai?

Loving God with our whole being is possible by the Spirit who dwells within us. We can wholeheartedly delve into the love of God and be engulfed in the steadfast endurance of Jesus Christ.

Peace is not a feeling.

It’s an action.

Peace is an awakening of the whole being to the great and mighty God we serve. Praise is an automatic response to who He is as El Shaddai, the Almighty!

We are motivated to call on Him in prayer so He can show us great and mighty things. We trust Him because He is trustworthy. He is our Rock and our Hiding Place, our Deliverer and our Protector.

With true peace comes true wisdom.

We are wise to love and trust Him with all our heart, soul and mind.

“May the Lord direct your hearts to the love of God and to the steadfastness of Christ.”

~2 Thessalonians 3:5
